SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
Payment is done with credit card during the order process. For larger orders, we can accept Bank transfer, but please contact us prior bank transfer payment.
For Europe, the shipment can be made using courier services (DPD, GLS or DHL). For international, we ship via Air Croatian post or DHL. Croatian post deliveries are possibly slow (can take up to 30 days for worldwide delivery) and without tracking number. We encourage you to use courier shipping which will deliver your package within few workdays with full tracking. DHL shipping also might be available for your address and it is the safest and fastest to ship, although shipping cost is usually higher.
All costs can be estimated at the cart page. The packages are shipped without prepaid customs or VAT for customers outside of European Union.
We pack and ship all orders made before 12:45 (12:45pm) that same day.

How to use this website?
The site is available in two languages: Croatian and English, and the three currencies: USD, EUR & USD, which can be changed in the top right corner.
How do I create an order?
Visit the & scaron; Shop section of the site and find the items you want to buy.
